Create a vacation rental website

General information for the website: Main points: client booking via front end. Backend manage clients, emails, manage properties and cleaning staff
Kind of development: New website from scratch

* control and add properties, allow seo
* manage bookings and shows multi calendar
* manage clients
* allow co workers to manage clients and properties
* contact details to contact clients
* provide a way to keep notes and processes with the client
* manage properties - monthly checklist
* Manage all emails by allowing Hotmail, gmail and custom emails to all come into one email box and to have standard templates to reply to emails
* Allows housekeeping to see what properties need cleaning and to notify once clean and of issues
