Changes to custom PHP website

We have recently had someone working on changes to our website and ordering system but graphically the result is poor.

The website is custom php, css, jquery. It has a custom admin system behind it.

I need someone to finish of the changes to this website. Only apply if you have all the necessary skills and are good at graphics.

I need someone to start asap, preferably immediately.
