Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi
I'm looking for a developer to help me with piece of work.
Basically we have a job application form, its built on WordPress but contains some custom code that connects the application to a 3rd Party API. So that upon submission of the form the application form, including attachments is sent to a 3rd Party.
We have a number of users who have complained that they are getting an error when submitting the form. We'd therefore like to do 3 things:
1. Audit the existing code to see if any problems exist which may cause these errors.
2. Implement some more error handling so we can see if we are getting any error information back from the 3rd party API.
3. Re-engineer the code so that in the first instance all application data is stored locally on the web server and then transmitted to the API separately. So if an error occurs then we have the application and can manually export to the 3rd party location.
Thanks
