An online learning platform / app

I need help creating an online learning environment where people can complete a course. Each lesson at the end will have reflective questions for the students to answer and be able to review what they wrote at any time.

It must include an area for the student to set some goals and identify the key tasks they need to do complete to achieve those goals. I would like a social network element added to this feature where a user can make these goals visible to other users for the purpose of feedback and the community offering up there help to achieve this goal.

I would also like a general community area where people can discuss ideas, share feedback and generally have a chat.

I would like this platform to be able to be used on both desktop and an app.
