Unit Testing Python 3

I'm looking for someone to create test cases using unit testing. I have around 4 python files for which unit testing would need to be done on.

One of the python files is a flask app.
The other files are for another program not related to the flask app.

I have attached the code in this listing. Please see the README files on how to run the programs if you need to.

I'm looking for 2-3 day turnaround.
