**Experienced Software Developer Needed for PropTech Block Management Solution with AI Integration**


I am in the process of starting a PropTech startup dedicated to transforming block management for property managers through the power of generative AI. I am seeking an experienced and highly skilled software developer who will be a co-founder to bring the innovative block management software to life.

**Project Scope:**

The aim is to develop a comprehensive block management platform that integrates generative AI to streamline and optimise property management processes. The platform will include features such as tenant communication, maintenance and purchase order management, financial reporting, compliance monitoring, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with me to understand the project requirements and goals.
- Design and develop a user-friendly, scalable, and secure cloud base platform.
- Integrate generative AI functionalities to automate and optimise various block management tasks.
- Implement features for leaseholder/tenant communication, maintenance scheduling, financial reporting, issuing service charge demands and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure the platform is responsive and high-performance.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the platform is reliable and bug-free.
- Provide ongoing support and updates as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in software development, particularly in building web-based platforms.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of back-end development using Node.js, Django, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, and experience with integrating AI functionalities into applications.
- Understanding of database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
- Prior experience in PropTech or real estate management software is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

**Deliverables:**

- A fully functional, web-based block management platform with generative AI integration.
- Source code and documentation.
- User manual and training materials.
- Post-launch support for bug fixes and updates.

**Timeline:**

We aim to have an MVP ready within 3-6 months. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.

**Budget:**

The position will see you act as a co-founder to the business along with myself.
