I need a simple application that will read ALL .XML files from a specified folder.
Apply a set of logic to the data read from each individual .XML from the source folder.
This will include referencing a MySQL database for some data.
Create an alternative .XML file after applying the logic, importing some of the results from the read XML's.
Encrypt the data using a provided .dll resource.
Upload the new .XML files to a POST Web API.
This is a one off conversion process - and any files processed should be transferred into a folder (within the source folder) with a date/timestamp.
Project will start next Monday, and a more detailed specification will be available upon request to suitable candidates.
