Wordpress application needed

I’m looking to develop an application for my woocommerce website

the application involves colour preference for the user to pick the best choice from a random choice of 31 colours.
there are 6 tests in total.
they're very simple and/or and yes/no tests, some timing and some basic logic applied. really nothing complex to be honest.

this application needs to be linked to a current plugin and the whole thing then linked to the shopping cart.

i will provide videos of an old desktop version no longer active/no code either so you get a visual idea of what is required. i will provide mockups of the design which is rather simplistic and the logic for drawing the diagnostic conclusion.
