Website Development for Historical Speeches project - design already done.

Website that allows users to select a historical speech. The site then shows a large image . The user can then read the speech on a Teleprompter as the sound of the speech is played in the background.

We have actually already built the Teleprompter code (http://www.freeteleprompter.org/) and can supply this if its helpful.

It would be useful (but not essential) if it were built on some sort of opensource CMS where we could manage adding speeches (images, sound files, speech transcript etc)

Other notes:
- We'll need the audio and the words on the teleprompter to be in sync
- Can be built standalone
- Button functionality - sound, text size, play, scroll up or down
- Top right hand corner: Where you see the bio for MLK - this should scroll along when you click on the arrows
- Social sharing on far right
- Social buttons linking to social media accounts

On the Left hand side of the design;
- Blue panel - a small portion of this will enable you to scroll down and see the various speeches. It will scroll when you hover over the blue arrow
- Information: This will link to an info page on the client website
Analysis: This will link to a 'blog' page with a breakdown to an analysis of the speech / linguistics / number of words used etc. This content is to follow...
- When you click on each speech in the Left Hand Side it loads in the Right Hand Side. Press play to start rather than autoload.

Must load fast
CMS and Admin requirements: Opensource CMS (possibly WordPress?) but would welcome recommendations. If its easier to just hardcore then happy with that. As long as it would be simple to instruct another developer on how to add new speeches.
