Web app, iPhone, & Android apps - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE MAPS API

Description of every module: We need 3 applications written. All of them will be exactly the same. We need:
1) A web app that is accessible from a desktop/laptop.
2) An iPhone app
3) An Android app

The programmer that is awarded this business will also be given first option to develop the apps for other mobile platforms.
Description of requirements/functionality: There are 2 parts to the apps:
1) An administration dashboard which is used to enter some configuration details
2) To track GPS coordinates on a map.

The programmer does NOT have to work with the hardware. The hardware will deliver the GPS coordinates to the server, which will be stored into a database. That part is done and working.

The applications will need to use the Google Maps API and display the path of the coordinates on a map.

The exact details of the project, along with the Software Requirements Specifications document, will be provided to the programmer awarded the job. However, the programmer MUST have experience working with Google Maps' API.

There is also full-time employment with our corporation if the developer does a good job, is on time, is competent, and is trustworthy and loyal.
