We need a good programmer to help extract data and set up in Excel

General information for the business: We get applications via email and want to be able to set up an excel of them for our records

Please excuse us if we do not explain this properly but hopefully, as a programmer, you will understand what we need.

We currently get applications that come to us by way of a form on our jobs website. The info comes through in this format:

First Name : Courtney Contact Number : 07399xxxxxxx
Last Name : Cox Age : 25
Email : Courtneyxxxy@hotmail.com
Height : 158cm
Country : 230 Bust/Chest : 77cm
Territory : 1 Waist : 58cm
Region : 1075 Hips : under 81cm
City : 2629 Eye Color : Blue
Postal Code : Nr3 5ta Hair Color : Red
Gender : Women Shoe Size : 3

We want to create an excel that stores all this info in an orderly manner (e.g. First name, Surname, Age, Post Code, Contact number and other data.

The back end has not stored it and so, we need to do it manually but is there a way to create some sort of program that takes each one and automatically places it in excel?

The application comes to our Outlook email by the way.
