Telegram Group Scraper

Hi There!

I am seeking someone with complete knowledge of Telegram API and the Telethon library. I can see some open-source projects where someone wrote some code that is written with python which can scrap groups, add members to the groups, etc. But if you prefer any other programming language, I am open to using it without any questions. Now, let's come to the point, what I am exactly looking for, I want to scrap members depending on their country and add them to my telegram group. as simple as that. It should not take more than an hour.
