Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Looking for help implementing a custom Stripe form on a PHP page as part of a simple one-time payment for a service. Website already done (using Bootstrap 3). Need user input (such as name, address, phone, email and the payment information) to be extracted and placed in existing MySQL database as a registration. Need to have implementation be able to send email to registered customer and to the website owner as well. After successful payment, user should be redirected to a confirmation page with a downloadable PDF (parking ticket, already done). 99% finalized project can be viewed here: https://www.tasteandseetour.com/tours.php
