- There was never any real justification for the prices quoted - no explanation of work to be carried out or the number of hours needed
- There was never any real explaination of the work which was completed, no time logs or details of work which had been done
- The work was not always completed by Manu, which I think is missleading, he seems to have a team of people who work on tasks
- He wasn't able to give specific answers on work, he had to check with others
- The work wasn't always delivered on time
- When work was late he was magically "working on it right now"
- There were very obvious basic mistakes with the work when it was delivered
-- Spacing and alignment that looked odd
-- Spelling mistakes
- When my friend opened the program it appeared to be an old version of the database, somehow the versioning had regressed
I'm now going through the rigmarole of trying to get a refund on some of the work. I'd actually like to invoice for the time spent messaging Manu.
The 1 star feels too generous, but it is the lowest score available. It is a shame there isn't a no star option. -
