I need a UK-based developer to create a questionnaire that records the approx 30 answers and then uses simple maths to create a feedback page based on those answers. We already have the questions and the feedback. Users will need the ability to login to access and print/download their results.
At this first stage, we need a fully functioning version to trial with clients. If successful, we will then expand the questionnaire to add more features.
Must be UK based, work to UK time and have clear communication skills. Please type 'UK based' in your reply to confirm this is the case. It's a small budget for the pilot which will be increased if the pilot is a success.
