I have the necessary Google Cloud account, with Text To Speech set up.
I'm OK with PHP and the "standard" code seems to be out there (copy provided as a TXT file), but haven't the time to learn all the necessary stuff for what would be a one-off project.
So I'm looking for someone who's familiar with this kind of thing - probably done it before - and can guide me through the installation of libraries, etc.
