I have set of question to clarify specific aspects of the process in setting up the recurring emails through power automate.
1. Frequency and Timing: How often should the payroll emails be sent? What is the preferred time and day for sending these emails?
2. Recipient Information -
Whether we need to pick the information from some mapping file or metadata file. Do different recipients require different information in their emails?
3. Email Content: Is the email content needs to be static or needs to have dynamic?
4. Data Source: Where is the payroll data stored? (e.g., in an HR system, Excel file, database)
5. Attachments and File Formats: Are there any attachments, such as reports or documents, that need to be included in the email?
6. Exceptions and Notifications: How should exceptions or errors in the process be handled? (e.g., failed email delivery) and Are there any notifications or alerts that need to be triggered based on specific conditions?
7. Does the Power Automate workflow need to integrate with other systems or applications (e.g., HR software, accounting tools)?
8. Power Automate trigger criteria - Scheduled or event based email trigger should go.
