Need developer for building WordPress Website and PHP Website

General information for the website: WordPress Website and PHP Website
Description of requirements/features: We are looking for developer who has proven track record for our 2 new websites. (WordPress Website and PHP Website)

1) Sales Site (WordPress)

You build a clone website.
(Required new design & coding, but you divert the layout and contents from the original website)
Estimate work volume: 8 templates, Header, Footer


Build the website (Theme file & pages) with WordPress latest stable version.
We have a mock-up of the top page to tell you our design image. Please employ apposite design for every page based on the mock-up.
Please make the most use of Bootstrap 3 and jQuery maximally.
Do not copy HTML from the original website too much.
Use HTML5, and the website should be correspondent with IE8+.
The site should be SEO friendly.
Write comments in the source code, and it should be easy to understand.
Necessary deliverable : HTML, JS, image files, and so on.

2) Management Site (CakePHP Website)

It's a website to manage our sales products and customer information.
Estimate work volume: Management pages such as Order, Customer, Price, Products, and Backend user.


Build the website as using API of a certain website.
You will get a list of the pages that you need to build and its wire-frame from us.
The wire-frame indicates only necessary elements on the pages, so please employ user friendly UI as you like at your design.

Extra notes: We are very new at PPH, but have plenty of outsourcing experiences at other outsourcing sites. We came here to find skilful people for out new sites.

About working with us (Important!)

1. We review your past results : Please submit your past result (see above) at proposal.
a. Then, we send required documents for building the sites (Design, Wire-frame, API specification, etc.) to qualified candidates.
2. You estimate deliver date and cost : We ask you to build 1 page of the each site (Milestone 1) at first, and the rest will be milestone 2. So please estimate milestone 1 and 2.
a. Write down your estimate deliver date on the spreadsheet.
3. Work on milestone 1 : We offer milestone 1 to a developer who has the best estimation.
4. Work on milestone 2 : When the deliverable of milestone 1 ensures that you have understood our requirements and work scope , then we offer the rest of work.

* Deliverable should be submitted at end of the each milestone.


We use the spread sheet that you have written your estimate date to manage your working progress.
