Need a Graphical Interface creating for an API Integration

We are after a designer who specialises in UX design that can create a front end interface/development for an API Integration. We have a white label tracking platform where we have tested with some basic HTML, .js and .css where we pull in Video footage from a standalone video system. We have the postman collection as well as the API documentation. We would like the designer to create a nice graphical representation for a Live View - which consists of allowing a user to choose the number of Channels they select and based on that it will display a grid view for each feed (if a feed is unavailable, display a 'Channel is unavailable message) in that section of the grid and then a Historic View - which allows the user to select a start date and end date via a calendar as well as the number of channels and a replication of the 'Live View' will be presented but just displaying historic footage pulled over the API. Attached is a picture of the TEST api to highlight were we've got and then some examples of what we are after.
