General information for the business: We are a China based Mobile accessory company. Our website is www.avantree.com, which is Magento 1.8 based. We sell Mobile accessories to distributors as well as direct channels such as ebay, Amazon, etc.
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Description of every module: We need to 1) change the current Magento Community 1.8 based website (www.avantree.com) to Magento Community 1.9. 2) move the host from Bluehost to another hosting company in US; 3) improve the website response time to within 4sec. 4)make sure all extension working now is working. 5) further develop the site and features (this is a second project)
Description of requirements/functionality: Need the same look and feel as what it is now
Need to improve the response time to 4s or lower
Need to make sure all current features are working properly
Further development is next step.
