Need a Google sheet (Or an alternative. Open to suggestions on how we could improve the processor) guru. We are a Logistics business that is currently using google sheets to manage collection requests among other things. Basically I've done as much as I can do to make the process as simple as possible but we need to take it up a level and automate some bits.

It's easier to show what we do, so I'm not going to try and explain in this small box
