The app monitors temperatures of fridges and freezers in restaurants using LoRaWan
sensors. The temperature range that is an acceptable is set in the app. If the temperature
goes outside this range an alarm is actioned and an alert sent to the owner by text
message and email. It’s a requirement for restaurant to have a hygiene system in place.
The system also has an opening and closing checklist of tasks for the kitchen to action
every day. Each item in the checklist needs to be created in a backoffice admin website
which feeds into the app, the task are then ticked and a name a time given at the end
which is recorded.
This has time requirements also and if not completed at a specific time
an alarm is actioned and notification text and email to the owner.
The app will have to store all temperature, checklist logs for every day in the cloud and
also any incidents which take place. And will require additional pages in the app on areas
such as staff training, allergy information, suppliers information and daily incident log.
Required:
Super Admin - OWNER ACCESS (GUARDSTAR – to issue logins and passwords to restaurant clients)
Admin - Restaurant Client – website admin – to make settings and backoffice
App - Tablet APP for use in restaurant
