Investment dashboard creator in google sheets

Hi,

I would like to create an investment dashboard with the following features:

-Dividend tracker (with data mostly on UK companies) - also have some european corporate bonds in the portfolio as well (which have sketchy data so will need to be manual) also some investment trusts (where i would like to have discount to NAV if possible on the data). I think you can source this from a mixture of google finance and yahoo finance in google sheets. Sometimes dividend data is not available so would like to be able to manually override the payments.
-I would like pie charts / graphs / tables (a real dashboard) of the income data including month by month payments over the last year.
-I have some unlisted REITS where I would like option to include custom quarterly dividends and have this included in the totals.
-I have some rental properties with monthly income that I would like to include.
-I would like a breakdown of the % I have in different (custom) sectors of stocks/physical real estate/others that I can choose and update.
-I would like to have a tracker of total wealth I have across other categories like gold / cash / bank accounts against loans i have taken out like mortgage etc. And how this has changed each year as I update it.
-I would like to be able to add my trade history within the sheet (historical and future) for calculation of return metrics (again on dashboard).
-Other features that you might think are useful.
