I need a complete job board

Like employer can do Post New Job, Manage Application, Download Resumes, Contact Candidates, Bookmark Resumes and the candidates can Search Jobs, Apply To Jobs, Manage Resume, Download Resume, Bookmark Jobs, Messaging with employer and other features

It also needs a full functional admin panel. From here you can Manage Employers & Candidates, Manage Subscription Packages & Payments Methods, Manage Jobs, Applications, Job Categories, Locations, Skills etc.
