I have a client who requires an HTML email footer that will work on Computer, Laptop, Mobile and all devices. I had a freelancer look at this but that haven't met the requirements.
I will attach the design we require - there will be a few variations on this for each department.
Please only bid if you can definitely achieve this style on all devices. I can provide all of the components.
This has been on going for a while so I need a fairly quick turn around.
