Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Requirements:
I will need to see your github please.
You need to be a native-level, first language English speaker. The urgency of the project means we're not going to have time to keep re-explaining / re-translating requirements.
I have two tasks:
FIRST TASK - we only have a few days to get this done:
1.) Integrate front-end pages I've had built, to talk to the Muvi API. The Muvi API is here: https://developer.muvi.com/api
This would be using AJAX or JQuery.
Sometimes information from the Muvi API is not ideally formed - so we need to “fill in the gaps” - you will also need to build a server-side PHP app to help provide information for the pages - for example to populate pages on initial load or to communicate with the Muvi API.
The server-side processes - please build in PHP, using a framework, preferably a modern framework (ideally Laravel / Lumen but it’s your choice). Eventual hosting will be LEMP.
SECOND TASK - depends on the first task - if the first task takes too long then the second task will not happen.
2.) A PHP middleware based on the API you built to take over a lot of the code in #1 so we don't interact directly with Muvi. This is to allow us to pivot away from Muvi if we have to. It will also allow us to pull in other service providers which we will need to eventually.
Eventually we will be doing web3 integration at some point, the company is heavily involved in cryptocurrency. So if you are opposed to crypto then please let me know as this work wouldn't be for you (don't worry, we pay in fiat too - obviously through PeoplePerHour - I won't circumvent PPH).
I need task #1 ASAP - please could you let me know your availability. Also it is crucial that you are happy to work with version control (preferably git) as I will be working on the codebase too. Please let me know if you are ok with that.
Thanks
Simon
