Extract message header attributes from emails using Python

It must be done using Python (Anaconda). I have a non-default folder with more than 3K emails in my Outlook 2019 email client. I need to extract message header attributes from those emails and export them to a .csv file. I need the following attributes from the message header of each one of those 3K emails:

Subject:
From:
Return-Path:
First 1000 characters of message body
spf=
dkim=
dmarc=
compauth=
reason=
CIP:
CTRY:
LANG:
CAT:
SCL:
BCL:
