Excel Workbook with VBA

I would like to commission an excel sheet for fresh produce pack house to log production totals, adjusting stock and recording wastage.

I’ve attached a crude example to help illustrate the requirements.

The workbook would be used by an administrator, operators and recipients of reports as outlined below: -

Administrator
• Add product information in separate worksheet.
o Approximately 150 product lines
• Ability to add new product lines that will then appear for operator input and reports

Operator
• Operator to input number of cases used in production and also the number of packs produced.
o Interface to be simple
• Operator to confirm daily production at the end of each day. Daily report is emailed as a pdf.
• Operator to confirm weekly production. Weekly report is emailed as a pdf.
• Operator should not be able to edit any cell or worksheets other than their input fields.

Daily Adjustment Report
• Report showing the product code, description and qty of the cases used and the packs produced.
• Report to only show product lines with units produced.

Weekly Production / Wastage Report
• Report showing the product code, description and qty of the cases used and the packs produced.
• Report to also show the wastage during production as a percentage.
• Report to only show product lines with units produced.
