EXCEL AUTOMATION-MACRO

I need a macro prepared for the file that i have attached. The aim of this is, if i was to have a French Trial Balance (French Chart of Accounts) by click of a button it can be converted to a UK Trial Balance (UK Chart of Accounts) and vice versa. Furthermore, i would like to have the option to convert the figures on the French Trial balance from Euros to GBP and vice versa. The income and expense category listed on column D would have the same exchange rate and the rest of the categories listed on Column D would have the same exchange rate. So i need two features for the exchange rates. The price is negotiable. Once the price has been agreed, we can have a discussion to elaborate more on the specifics of the project.
