Clone a website and convert into php

Hello, i am looking for a php developer who can clone about 90% of the following website :
https://zteknoloops.com/ and this page https://edmwarriors.com/buy-edm-tracks for our own productions, not with extern sellers.

The meaning of this website is to sell sample packs, vst's , presets and ghost productions and sometime items that are limited by time and quantity.

1. This website needs to be mobile and tablet-friendly.
2. Also needs to create a full working admin panel.
3 about the ghostproduction page you can make similar as this website https://edmwarriors.com/buy-edm-tracks
4. Homepage needs also a small banner in header with a discount code and some description. In backend to switch this on or off /delete, create.
5. As our store is only for digital downloads , everything should be linked with the shop and the customer.
