I require a spreadsheet that halts betting when a specified profit threshold is reached or ceases betting after, for instance, achieving five consecutive wins.

    Not quite clear on what you need from the description?
    Who or what decides what bets are to be placed and monitored? Assuming the choices are entered on the Excel worksheet, are they then linked to some other software such as a website?
    How are results updated on the spreadsheet?
    If the process "pauses" after reaching your profit threshold or meeting some other criteria (e.g. the five consecutive wins), when does it "restart" and how?
