We are a small company in a rebuilding process. We have no IT specialist now in the company. We are looking for someone who can set up our back end websites that have just been built including setting up card payment. We have received the API keys from our provider Worldpay.
We have a very low maintenance software we sell which is kept on our server. - see video ProactivPrivileges.co.uk which needs maintenance from time to time & will require additional development in the future.

Company Overview:
Proactiv specialise in 100% solid plastic cards, keyfobs & loyalty software.

At Proactiv we developed some loyalty software –ProactivPriviliges.co.uk. Businesses can subscribe. Once set up they can log in & add clients to the database & allocate a choice of different loyalty schemes & monitor cards passed on through the referral marketing program, amongst other things.
Each customer currently gets a plastic card or keyfob which has a barcode / number, which is allocated to each customer. The client can type the name in or scan the card.

The database is MYSQL
We have a dedicated server with a remote desktop connection.

Stage 1 - Initial Requirements:
What we are looking for is an alternative to the card. We want the customer/client to have the option to use their mobile phone, instead of a card/fob.

We require the app to produce a unique barcode (barcode 39) for each individual & replicate a card on their mobile phone. This also needs to be registered on the software.
The 2nd key option required is card numbers can be assigned to each card/app holder and can be passed on to friends / family to compliment word of mouth (probably through a QR code). The referrer will also be notified when the referred card is used. If any rewards are allocated for referring someone, they will be notified. This process is already on our software (not the notification).



Stage 2 – Full Requirement Details:

Application Functionalities:
1) Splash:
- company name and logo &/or short video.
2) SignUp:
- User can add name, email, contact number, password/barcode number, address for creating account. And do the signup.
- After creating account , one auto generated unique barcode/barcode number (option of QR code) can be sent to user’s email address and that will be used for login and taking advantage of any offers.
2) Login:
- User will add email and password for login or scan current card/fob.
3) Dashboard:
- Dashboard to have slideshow of all hot offers that user could be using in the same area. (not essential)
- Dashboard Have options to show menus for restaurants/ta (not essential)
4) Rewards History :
- In this user can see all his offer history whether its redeemed or not with its details.
- User have option to see its complete details like when its redeemed etc
5) Redeem History :
- Here, user can see overall redeem points.
6) QR code scanning:
- Here, user can scan the qr code.
7) Visiting Reward :
- User have option to see how many more visits / purchase required to receive reward. (through AI’s)
8) Gift vouchers:
- If any purchased gift details will be shown.
9) Refer and earn points:
- If a point reward system has been set up, number of points & number of points required will be shown.
10) Booking Appointments:
- User can book the appointments to particular place by this option. Here user have option to select date and time and book the slot.
- Business owner will be notified of the appointment.
11/ Refer a friend.
Card with barcode can be generated and sent from the app to a friend by QR code when the referred person puts their smart phone camera over the QR code. The referrer will also be notified when the referred card is used. If any rewards are allocated for referring someone, they will be rewarded.

Additional Idea / Requirement (in addition to 11)
We currently add a QR code to a plastic referral marketing card. The QR code links to a 1 time offer which the client can change whenever they like & they can take the contact details of the enquirer either before displaying or to authorise. So basically the cards get passed on by our clients customers.
Would it be possible to have the QR link to come to the app & the client to be able to manage the contacts coming through & be able to change the offer.
