We have a business management software which was developed several years ago and has only been used in recent years. The details of the software can be found on the following link.

Now AI is around making programming much quicker. I am interested in exploring in upgrading the software to a more up to date language. Can this be simply copied & rewritten?
I also have plans for an app & would like to integrate that too.
