API repricing software

We are looking for a repricing tool to update the price of our Onbuy listings by communicating with the Onbuy API to find out if our listings are winning the buy box, then adjusting the price accordingly.

We will need these pages:
A dashboard to show number of live listings
A products page to show the listings along with their repricing settings and current status

We will need a settings page with:
API keys
Amount to beat price by e.g 0.01
Reprice out of stock items on/off
Raise the price when winning
Turn off all repricing
Delete all stored products

Import/Export
We will need a csv/xlsx upload function to upload the min and max prices, file format:
OPC, SKU, Min price, Max price, Active

We will need a csv/xlsx download function to download all listings and any prices that have already been set

We will need a user login page so different accounts can use the software.
We will need a back end admin panel to add, edit and remove users and over ride settings.
