To Build MVP for Digital Wellness / Mental Fitness App

We're looking for an experienced developer (or small team) to build the MVP version of a Digital Wellness App focused on helping users improve their mental fitness through personalized daily activities, journaling, breathing exercises, and progress tracking.

This will be a mobile-first product (Android/iOS or web-based hybrid), focused on simplicity, clean UI, and engagement.

User onboarding with short questionnaire to personalize recommendations

Daily activities dashboard with mental wellness tasks (breathing, gratitude journaling, micro-goals, etc.)

Guided breathing exercises (with timer and animations)

Gratitude journaling with mood tagging

Daily check-ins (rate mood, energy, stress)

Streaks & simple gamification (to increase engagement)

Basic user analytics dashboard (track progress, mood over time)

AI-generated advice or tips based on user's input (optional – open to ideas)

Admin backend (lightweight) to edit content or see basic user data


Open to React Native, Flutter, or web app with mobile responsiveness (please advise)

Clean, modern, minimalist design (can provide reference apps)

Scalable and ready to integrate more features in future phases


Ideal Candidate:

Has experience building wellness or productivity apps

Can help shape the user journey and UX

Comfortable working with basic AI/ML APIs or integrations (e.g., OpenAI for generating mental fitness tips)

Good communicator with a portfolio of similar apps

Deliverables:

Full MVP (frontend + backend)

Basic testing and deployment support

App store-ready version (or guidance if it's a web app)
