Make Android version of existing iPhone App

I have recently made an iPhone reference App which is a database of around 200 articles of text information. I would like to have an Android version of the App created to a similar design.

Each article has a heading section and then a maximum of four sections.

The articles have been created on a PHP database and the iPhone App was made by importing the articles from this database. I would envisage that an Android version can be done in a similar way. The PHP database will be made available to the freelancer I select.

A user interface similar to the iPhone App would need to be created - Artwork will be supplied by me.

The articles on the iPhone version are listed an A-Z list as well as categorised. The articles are also searchable and can be bookmarked as favourites and can also be sent by email from within the App. I would require the same features in the Android version.

Ideally I am looking for a freelancer who has done a similar app.

I will want to submit this through my own account on Android Market.

I am interested in fixed quote bids for this project.

Please do not bid on the basis of requesting a percentage of any profits from the App sales.
