I need an app created for a news website

I'd like to get some quotes to turn a news website into a mobile app.

Functionality we require includes
- Ability to create account and save interesting articles for offline reading
- Ability to follow specific topics or authors
- Push notification enabled
- Ability to navigate site seamlessly within the app

At present, we do not have a comments system but would like something with the option to add commenting functionality later on.

We're looking for a long term partner here, and will not be rushed into a decision. Please respond with samples of your work and your proposal for our app.
