Good quality iPhone app front-end design

General information for the app: The app is a mobile community
Kind of development: Customization of existing app
Description of every page/module: We are building a mobile community and mobile information platform for new mommies, therefore there will be two main module: the information module and the community module.

There are two attachments:

1. The logic model and data flow
2. The basic design idea for each page (this is too large, so will send via attachments)

Please refer to the two attachments to understand the structure and layout that we are trying to build, and let me know if you have any questions. Any suggestions are highly welcomed!
Description of requirements/features: This app targets moms, so good quality UI design and mommy-friendly presentation of the app layout are key to the success.
Extra notes: Right now, I need the design of the app, with sample pages. I already have a basic version of the design and the demo, so I'd need your help to improve the UI and usability.

If the quality of your delivery is decent, then I'd love to continue the work and turn the design into an static demo, and so on.
