Editing Android APP to edit menu and add in webview

I am looking for someone who can take an app that has the source code and modify to put a new menu in it that comes from the database rather than hardcoded. Also, I want to add a webview wrapper so the link in the menu goes to that url inside the wrapper.

I have the code for the APP and also the code in an updated APP for how I want it to work and need someone who can put it together and take the code from one APP into the other.
