I was in impressed working with Vivek on MyComrader.com video. He understood the concept and my suggestions quickly and he was so committed to edit the video to the high standard expected. After the production he offered a free 3 months analytics solution and a free upgrade service of the video as required. This is what I really liked.

There were a few minor communication issues in the beginning but when taking value for money into account and the quality of the finished product, I would recomment Vivek and his team.

I was not terrifically impressed with Vivek's work. On the plus side, he seemed to be well on turning around with work but the on the flip side, he seemed to be lacking attention to details. I felt he was repeating the same mistakes. He never asked any questions instead kept on sending revisions. And I was surprised to see an invoice without even discussing if he had completed all the requirements. I will not use his services again.
