Animated videos for website

looking for 3 promotional videos for a recruitment website.
1st video is a general video on what the business is used for.
so example what the business is, how it operates and what facilities are available.

2nd video is like a explainer video showing the candidates on how to use the website with recordings of the site in action but has to be animated

3rd video is again a explainer video to be used by the employers on how to use the website for them.
how they can sign up and then use the facilities on the website. Again has to be animated with live recordings of the website.

I am looking for all three videos to be done very soon. its not that big of a task so want it done very fast with voiceover to explain.

depending on this project future projects also will be required again for animated videos.
