Develop mobile app for IOS, Android (using flutter)

It is a social media mobile application. Current version of the app is only available in Google Playstore.

Targets of the project (focus on completing the frontend):
- Release brand new UI.
- Better UX for some features.
- Release IOS version of the app

Technical Info:
- Language used: flutter
- Integration required: with firebase (for notification)
- Backend is using PHP Laravel.
- Source control: Github

Timeline:
Expected to be completed within 1-2 Weeks. Let's discuss it first.

Notes:
- We already have the code for new UI but hit number of error due to null safety. We are open to either fixing the current code or build it from scratch, whichever easier for the developer.
- Overview of new UI is attached. We have in-house UI/UX designer that can provide figma design as per needed.
