Build backend to animate static mobile app -

I need a developer who is able to animate a static mobile app with data from an existing wordpress site.

We have a mobile app (prototype) that displays meals and restaurants based on location and have a wordpress site that has a number of restaurants, the meals and their exact address. We want the mobile app (front end already done) to be able to show data input from the restaurants on the mobile app and sorted by the location to the mobile app user.

Hopefully it is a quick and easy fix!
