Android and IOS App

General information for the app: Barcode scanning and e-ticket validation app
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of every page/module: We are a ticketing website and we need both IOS and Android apps for e-ticket validation.
The app should communicate through web-services / ajax over https to perform the functionality.
We already have all these functionality on the web using html 5, and jquery and you will be provided with all the html and jquery code.
So the project is more translating the existing logic to IOS/Android.
Description of requirements/features: Below is the functionality of the app:
1- Login page: The user should be able to login and also save their credential in the device (no sign up required)
2- Select event page: The user will be provided with a list of events and a couple options
3- Scan page: At this page user will be able to scan a barcode (both 1D and 2D) . The scanned value will then be pre-validated in the app using specific algorithm (will be provided) and then send to the server for validation. The result of the validation will be shown to the user. The user should also be able to enter the barcode manually (through keyboard).
4- Search functionality: User should be able to perform a search (by name, email or confirmation number)

The source of the APPs should be provided and you may need to upload them to Android Market and Apple store.

Extra notes:

Please consider the followings in your estimates:
1- We have this exact functionality on the web using javascript. SoThis project is more translating the existing logic to IOS/Android and it should reduce your effort. You will have access to this code.
2- Since there is already a working system (on the web), the spec is very clear and there shouldnt be any spec changes or back & forth to find out the spec. You will just copy the web.
3- There is no design and no designer work. The pages should look simple and professional and they can look exactly the same as the web version.

You should deploy the app to android / apple market using our account.
After you build each app we need 2 weeks to fully test the app and make sure it is working properly without bugs or crashes. If there are bugs, they need to get fixed.
We release the money only after the app is deployed to the proper market, fully tested by us and all possible defects are fixed. We can release half of the money when the first app is completed and the other half when the second app is done or we can release the whole money when both are completed.
