    2. Who will be the primary users of the CRM (sales teams, service businesses, agencies, or another audience)?
    3. Are you planning to use the platform internally first, or is your goal to launch it as a commercial SaaS product from the outset?

    4. Do you have a target budget or investment range in mind for the initial MVP?

    Hey Brad, is your main goal to solve your own CRM/renewal workflow first, or are you already thinking of this as a product for other users, because that changes the MVP features and technical route?

    My initial idea was to bring everything altogether ie CRM/product management and integration of xeno and other third parties. Also introduce webhooks for discord or link in with web hosting providers so all the information is in one place rather than having multiple places for things so I wanted to bring it together as one as I’ve not seen anyone do this yet. Also can customise it to what they want there or not.

    Hi Brad, that makes sense and it fits well with the first-stage route map we proposed.

    We’d treat this as an all-in-one CRM and product-management concept first, with Xero, webhooks, Discord and hosting-provider links mapped as integration requirements rather than built at this stage.

    For this first piece, we’d define the core workflow, the key records the system needs to hold, which integrations matter most for an MVP, which can wait, and whether the better route is a custom build, no-code/low-code, or adapting an existing CRM setup.

    Could you please share the Ventrixhub reference and any notes or screenshots in WorkStream? We’ve already sent the proposal, so once that’s active we can start from there.
