Hello
I run a recruitment company with 5 offices around the UK.
We place teachers into schools.
I would like to introduce an automated email system into the business that will help us contact our candidates outside of hours.
For example, we have candidates that start the registration process with us but then we have difficulty getting hold of them. We obviously call them and email them but this is very manual on an individual basis.
I am aware there are systems out there where you could effectively drop a candidates email address into it, then set up a sequence of emails that will contact them and scheduled times; but will identify when a candidate has replied.
For example, you may set up 4 emails to contact a candidate over a two week period out of hours. Each email will be different. But if the candidate does reply it will notify their consultant and stop sending out the next email.
I believe there is a system called Mailmodo that can do this. But there are many more.
Then once a template is set up you can drop more candidates into the system to be contacted if necessary.
I am not technically minded, and lot of these companies just have 'Chat windows' online and I rather speak to somebody.
So what I need in the beginning is for somebody to scope out the initial project. what system is easy to use? How much would it cost per license? How long to set up etc. So we would pay somebody to help us understand how we could implement this.
Then if everything looks good, we may need that person to help set things up.
I really hope this makes sense but any further info just let me know
