Prestashop module for API to manage user carts

Hello,

I would like to develop a prestashop module that provides the following features :

The goal is to provide an HTTP API for an external application to create a shopping cart and ability to select the products from the catalog that must be included in the cart. When the user logs in, the cart is ready to place the order. Secured/Encryted API to prevent unauthorized used of the API.

- Provide an API to create a new customer by providing the email address and password to use, assign him to the right group and activate the account.
- Provide an API to create a shopping cart for a specific user by providing the email address of the user and add a list of products and quantities to include in the cart
- Provide an API to empty the cart

Current version of prestashop : 1.7.2.4
Module must be compatible with this version and with the current version as well.

Provides module source code, installation and tests.
Provides an API description and how to use it.
