Looking for a simple booking form that uses Paypal to charge for our courses (there are two different courses).
Should have an option to pay in full or pay in 2 instalments (one now, and one automatically deducted in 2 weeks).
Should send notifications - one to me and my partner (showing the price), one to our operations lead and IT lead (just showing what has been purchased).
Ideally there is a private summary page where we can see who has bought what.
