Magento - Fix Categories & Insert Products

General information for the website: Unfinished site needs a bit more work
Description of requirements/features: Hi. I have a magento store set up where I need the following tasks done please:

* Delete existing products
* Remove existing categories (if deemed necessary)
* Create categories (6 or 7)
* Make sure they work as expected with menu system
* Insert around 50 products, most of which are simple copy/paste jobs with different titles, sku's, mpn, gtin attributes
* Order products consistently (some by colour, one category by my instruction)

This is a very simple job for someone that knows Magento. Please price accordingly.

This is a linux box with no cpanel or anything like it. As there are only around 50 products there is no need for any complex data transfer programming. It should be done by hand.
