Magento Expert - Work and Ongoing Changes

Description of requirements/features: Hello,

Please see the list below, although there will be constant ongoing work/changes:

- Website has Block/XML issues when the full page cache extension is enable (these were not present before the previous developer had decided the site had been hard coded and set about to rectify this). The top navigation icons disappear, however the theme would need to be fully checked with and without the full page cache enabled.

- Speed is a key issue, so we need to ensure everything that is possible has been done to ensure the site is running as quickly as possible, in terms of images (sprites), css, javascript compression/merging. Also anything else from your expertise that you believe will increase performance.

- On product pages the 99p should be a sub 75 (size).

- On product pages, the video tab is limited to the number of characters it can contain, this needs to be resolved.

- For some reason, adding further code to the Where To Buy page CMS seems to have an issue. Furthermore at certain laptop resolutions it appears "broken", and a fix needs to be made.

- A "How It Works" page, will need to be coded, once a design has been finished and finalised.

- On the contact us page, a custom form needs to be created such that different departments received the correct forms once submitted.

Some of these changes need to be made now, and some in the future, but hopefully this gives an idea of work needed.
